Welcome to a special semester of Leading Second's Coaching Groups - designed specifically for leaders during the COVID-19 Crisis.
During this semester of Coaching Groups, we'll explore the DNA of an UNCOMMON leader and answer the following questions:

What is my pastor looking for from me as a leader?

How can I navigate the tension between the need for excellence and speed?
––
How can I increase my personal capacity and master my daily routine?

How can I increase my impact by empowering others?
Let's use this season as an opportunity to invest into ourselves. At the end of these coaching groups, you'll walk away with practical tools, fresh wisdom, and new relationships.
WE'RE CURRENTLY RECEIVING APPLICATIONS FOR COACHING GROUPS UNTIL WEDNESDAY, APRIL 8th @ NOON (PACIFIC). APPLY TODAY!
Each meeting includes teaching from a coach, discussion time, goals for application, and open q&a.
Group participants will also be assigned a coach individually for interaction in between group meetings.

Coaching group registration is *$750/participant
Application is free, coaching fee will be invoiced via e-mail after application is accepted
*Pay What You Can In this season, we want to coach leaders regardless of their budget realities. So, we're excited to offer a Pay What You Can option. If budget is a concern for you, you'll be given the opportunity after acceptance to adjust your coaching fee to match your budget.
Applicants must be on a church staff team (paid or volunteer). Space is limited, and only two participants per church will be accepted into any single group.

Group A - Executive Pastors & Campus Pastors Time: 10am (Pacific)
Group B - Staff Directors (Youth, Children, Worship/Creative, Operations, etc.) Time: Noon (Pacific)
